San Joaquin County Board of Education Area 3

Jill Fritchen

Douglas Vigil

Vigil and Fritchen took top two in the primary, displacing incumbent Peter Ottesen, in the tightest race in the county. Vigil garnered 3,356 votes to Fritchen's 3,355. Ottesen got 5,350.

State Assembly District 13

Kathy Miller

Carlos Villapudua

Miller made it into the general election by a margin of 30 votes in the primary. Villapudua took first place by less than 3,000 votes.

Congressional District 10

Josh Harder

Ted Howze

Harder is a first-term congressman, having ousted three-term incumbent Jeff Denham in 2018. Pollsters have rated his seat as likely to safely Democratic, but the 10th Congressional Districts still remains far more competitive than the 9th.

Stockton Mayor

Michael Tubbs

Kevin Lincoln

Tubbs received almost double the votes of Lincoln in the primary. He also has the advantage of being the incumbent, but Lincoln has matched him step for step in fundraising since August.
